What an amazing experience!! I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 7 years now…and I have to say…this was the BEST massage I’ve ever had! A blend of passive yoga stretching with deep, flowing massage…I was left so stretched, relaxed, centered and open. The best compliments I can give Alfonso are #1 He’s better than me & #2 It felt like getting a massage from one of the instructors at my school! And he’s such a warm, calming, healing soul. Quite the find & Highly recommended!!

Exceptionnel experience. One hour yoga class with Alfonso who is not only a great yoga instructor but also guides you step by step. the massage afterwards was deep and relaxing. this was truly a great way to spend two hours. He is the real deal!!

A much-welcome addition to the South Bay! Yes, he is very attractive. But the main point is he really knows what he’s doing and puts all of his energy into making it a great experience. My problem areas felt great for days after. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

THIS GUY KNOWS HIS CRAFT!!! I CALLED ALFONSO A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME FROM LOS ANGELES TO MAKE AN APPT. WHILE I WAS VISITING S.F.. I INFORMED HIM THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR A DEEP TISSUE TABLE MASSAGE, FOR 90 MINS. HE SET UP THE APPT…. WHEN I ARRIVED TO HIS EMACULANT HOME, THERE WAS A FLOOR SETUP WITH BOLSTERS AND BLOCKS READY FOR ME. I WAS BIT CONCERNED BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED, BUT ALFONSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT HE THOUGHT ABOUT THE AREAS OF MY BODY THAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT AND SUGGESTED THAT THE FLOOR MAY BE A BETTER FIT FOR WHAT HE WANTED TO DO. I LET ALFONSO WORK HIS MAGIC AND I MUST SAY THAT HE PROVIDED ME WITH THE BEST MASSGE TO DATE!! HE REALLY KNOWS HIS WORK!! I AM IN THE HEALTH CARE PROFESSION SO I AM PRETTY MUCH UP TO DATE WITH WHAT IS THERAPEUTIC, CLEARLY I WAS WRONG. HIS YOGA TECHNIQUE WAS UNFORGETTABLE AND HAS OPENED MY EYES TO FUTURE YOGA TECHNIQUES. BECAUSE OF THE WORK I DO, I USUALLY GET MASSAGES EVERY TWO WEEKS, THIS BY FAR WAS THE BEST. THE PRESSURE AND THE STRETCHING WAS JUST RIGHT AND HE MANAGED TO APPLY PRESSURE TO AREAS THAT MANY MASSEURS OFTEN MISS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND WHEN I AM IN S.F. HE WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON I CALL FOR MASSAGE. MY ONLY REGRET IS THE FACT THAT HE IS NOT IN LA. HE WOULD BE MY ROUTINE MASSAGE GUY. THANKS ALFONSO!!!!

I booked Alfonso because I saw he also taught yoga. The massage was AMAZING. I had requested some stretching during the massage because I was feeling particularly tight. I am becoming quite picky when it comes to massage therapy and I will say that Alfonso, hands down, provides one of the best–if not the best massages I have ever had. I will definitely return for more. The studio was super clean and the ambiance was very peaceful.

My experience with Alfonso was fantastic. I have been carrying stress in my back for a few months such that it was starting to affect my posture. I was looking for someone with technical ability and I found him in Alfonso. We discussed my problems beforehand and he made sure he addressed them thoroughly. He continually checked-in with me to make sure the pressure was right. He was respectful, gracious and has great energy: plus, as a bonus, he’s handsome and strong. I left feeling taller and stress-free. I highly recommend Alfonso and will be back.

Alfonso truly stands out from the crowd with his intensive training, incredible technique, and compassionate nature. I’ve had three massages now and each one has been the tops. As part of his comprehensive service, we have begun a private yoga lesson before the massage — I would highly recommend as it not only enhances the massage experience but provides individualized training/guidance in yoga that you will not find in a classroom.

Alfonso is fantastic! He is incredibly gifted: a strong man; ripped and in incredible shape, yet gentle, too. I have been having soft tissue issues with tightness and he his massage mixed therapy, stretching, and deep-tissue work, setting the tone for calming relaxation with genuine recuperation. He is the best and this was the best, hands-down.

Wow. Alfonso gave me the best massages I’ve had. Alfonso’s extensive training, combined with his natural intuitive and confident touch, makes for an outstanding massage experience. He is a physically strong guy and this translates to the very deep tissue massage that I prefer. Alfonso is also very knowledgeable about human physiology and offers helpful suggestions about exercise and other therapies like yoga to complement the massage therapy. I set up the next massage appointment right after my first massage — he is that good. Alfonso is also very friendly and personable and offers his services at a very reasonable cost.

I was referred to Alfonso by my trainer. I had been training hard and needed lot’s of work on my legs and shoulders. Alfonso was very strong, and has a very confident touch. This was one of the best therapeutic massages I have ever had. Give him a try, he is excellent. It doesn’t hurt that he is also a very handsome muscular stud!

Alfonso is a fantastic yoga instructor. I hadn’t done yoga since I was 8 years old and was very out of practice when I started with Alfonso. He made the whole experience very doable. When I had trouble doing one move, he gave me options (baby steps, really) so I could still get the benefit. At the same time, he was giving more advanced students more challenging poses. And he gave warm, sincere encouragement to all of us. An excellent experience.
I just had an amazing massage with Alfonso! The massage was incredible with some yoga mixed in (per my request). I felt compelled to write a review ASAP. The massage table was heated, the studio was super clean and the 90 minute session was pure BLISS! I highly recommend Alfonso!
I’ve been having chronic back pain for over a year and had tried everything from chiropractic to acupuncture – nothing worked. I had a feeling that massage combined with yoga might help so I booked a one hour session with Alphonso – he suggested yoga combined with thai massage. The session was intense with Alphonso stretching my body in ways that it had never been stretched. Part way through the session, I could feel my back starting to release and by the time he finished, I felt pain relief for the first time in months. Alphonso is very skilled, intuitive and is interested in not just giving you pain relief, but also wants to teach you how to stay pain free through ongoing stretching and yoga poses.
I highly recommend him.
