“Alfonso is a truly excellent & gifted Massage Therapist. He takes his profession very seriously. He is very knowlegeable about the muscles and nervous systems. And at the same time, he is also very engaging and comforting.

My first massage with Alfonson was two weeks ago. I was in Pain and I texted Alfonso to see if he could give me a massage. He accommodated my schedule and met with me later that day.

After a brief consultation where we discussed the locations and sources of my pain, Alfonso consulted his iPad and then discussed his treatment options. It became very clear that Alfonso understands & appreciates the complexities of the muscles & nervous systems.

He then gave me a 90 minute deep tissue massage. He has a gift of real strength combined with sensitive/delicate touch.

He worked my muscles deep and also focused on tigger points. Then he used Yogas techniques to really stretch me out. He also taught me some simple stretching techniques to use on an ongoing basis.

My 90 minute massage did wonders for me. I felt so much better after the massage and thru the week. I made another appointment the following week and intend to see him on an ongoing basis.

Also, I should note that the Massage Room at his home is really clean and absolutely beautiful. There is a dedicated bathroom & shower for his massage clients as well and it was great to shower there.”
